Maria Rusling is married to a gulf veteran from the 1990-91 Gulf Conflict and has first hand experience of the problems faced by the family members living with Gulf War Syndrome and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
Maria has worked for the National Gulf Veterans & Families Association since 1998 and her role within the Charity is General Manager. As well as the general running side of the Charity she also does welfare work which involves representing Veteran, at tribunals dealing with their war pension and benefit appeals.
