Charles Thurlow,

Charles ThurlowA former Samaritan volunteer for almost a decade during the '70's and '80's, Charles has a caring approach and a wealth of experience of dealing with people from all walks of life. His first therapeutic training was in 1995, with Neil French, founder of the International Association of Hypno-Analysts. Charles was awarded with Membership of the IAH on successful completion of his Analytical training in 1997. He then trained in HypnoHealing and Neuro Linguistic Programming  with Cherith Powell,  then Principle of the Atkinson-Ball College of Hypnotherapy and was awarded membership of the Corporation of Advanced Hypnotherapy on successful completion of his training. In addition, Charles holds the British Accreditation Council VTCT Diploma in Anatomy & Physiology and Diplomas in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy awarded by the afore mentioned eminent institutions. Charles is listed in the NHS Directory of Complementary and Alternative Medical Practitioners and is a Member of the National Register of Advanced Hypnotherapists. His NHS Provider code is 8GW04.

Charles specialist training is in Analysis, Smoking Cessation, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Weight Control. His knowledge of Psychology and Anatomical Physiology combine together with his range of Psychotherapeutic skills and his abilities therefore, whilst diverse and eclectic, share a commonality of purpose in healing. He is able to assist in virtually any situation where emotional, psychological or psychosomatic forces are involved and he regards client anonymity and confidentiality as absolutes.

Charles continues to expand his knowledge and skill base and is especially interested in the in the field of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.  He firmly believes that there is no good reason why anyone should suffer from an emotional factor "inside themselves but outside of their control".
